Exchange & Return

  • Notification should be made within 7 days of delivery or purchase, either in e-mail form or by telephone:

  • Please send the items back to us in the original condition.

  • Visibly used, dirty, damaged, or personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  • After 7 days exchange can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.


  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. No cash refunds, you’ll get a store credit voucher instead valid for one year.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    To start a return, you can contact us at Info@rugsvogue.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  RUGS VOGUE, Wasfi At-Tall St 224., Amman, Jordan.
    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for cushions, poufs and plaids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
