WARRANTY POLICY

  • We guarantee our products to be free of manufacture defects. Naturally, we can’t take responsibility for damage caused by using our products.

    HOW TO KEEP YOUR RUG WARRANTY ACTIVE

  • Don’t clean your rug at any other service provider. We are not responsible for any damage caused by others. (measured by a percentage of total rug height loss).

  • Cleaning with a home machine (such as a Bissell) may void your warranty.

  • Professional rug cleaning every 9-11 months is required In order to ensure that your warranty stays active.

    EXCHANGE & RETURNS

    • Notification should be made within 48h of delivery or purchase, either in e-mail form or by telephone: +962 796 111 012

    • Please send the items back to us in the original condition.

    • Visibly used, dirty, damaged, or personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

    • After 3 days exchange can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.
