We guarantee our products to be free of manufacture defects. Naturally, we can’t take responsibility for damage caused by using our products.
HOW TO KEEP YOUR RUG WARRANTY ACTIVE

Don’t clean your rug at any other service provider. We are not responsible for any damage caused by others. (measured by a percentage of total rug height loss).

Cleaning with a home machine (such as a Bissell) may void your warranty.

Professional rug cleaning every 9-11 months is required In order to ensure that your warranty stays active.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Notification should be made within 48h of delivery or purchase, either in e-mail form or by telephone: +962 796 111 012

Please send the items back to us in the original condition.

Visibly used, dirty, damaged, or personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

After 3 days exchange can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.
